I always wake up and decide the my day will be good, and even if it's not exactly what I expected, before I go to sleep I tell myself 3 good things that happened and I decide that it actually WAS a good day, I revise in my mind the bad experience and the next day decide again that it's a good day! this way helps me to have many more good days in compato before~
