10 minutes gyaru makeup! (1999 style✿)

Like I promised in my last post and also on today's live with Shin, A new makeup tutorial!

Today's tutorial is even easier then the last one I did! This makeup is the most popular make style of 1999's most fashionable gals!

And the best thing is, It takes 10 minutes top to do it^^

So, Let's start??

First you apply dark foundation on your face (and neck if needed)

It is OK to use a shade darker then your body color, We are not judging you! 

Of course we wish to be as tanned as this all the time, But that's ok, The color difference is acceptable in this makeup

To achieve even darker shade try applying dark powder on top of the foundation

Then we do the eyebrows~

Thin, Arched and darker then your bleached hair colorXD

We always joke about it; If it looks like cockroach legs, You did it right

Then eyeliner~ Super super thin line and a very small thin wing

The wing is facing up but only slightly, And be sure to draw it a liiiiittle bit above the end of your lash line\the corner of your eye

It's best not to extend it longer then the length of your eyebrow

Yay!

Now apply Black\dark grey eye shadow on you lid, Well more like on the bottom half of it. Start from the inner corner and go to the end of the eyeliner wing like so

Then the most important color of our makeup- White!

Use white eye shadow (Glittery or matt) on the rest of your eyelid up to the brow bone

Start only on the inner corner of your eye then apply it upwards in a wider range till you cover the rest on the lid and brow bone

Apply extra on the brow bone, We want to use it as a highlighter and make the arch of the eyebrow more extreme

Then using black eye pencil (or an eyeliner but I don't recommend) draw a thin line under your eye, A bit wider in the outer corner and getting thinner and closet to the lash line as it gets closer to the inner corner.

It is possible to continue it under the whole lash line

Leave a small gap between the eyeliner wing and the black pencil line

Now- contouring

Using a white cream eye shadow (Or a powder one, But it's better if it's WHITE not cream or beige) make a stripe from between your eyebrows down your nose. You can make it pop out if you also use shading on the side of your nose like in every gyaru makeup, But it's not a must.

Apply some under the arch of the brow and from the inner corners of your eyes and down to your cheeks (down and out~)

Finish the look with some mascara, A white\silver\very light nude lipstick, And a white thick matt line under your eyes using white eye pencil or eye liner (Or my favorite- posca marker)

And we're done!

It is possible to to add lashes, Some gals surly use them but keep them not too long and not too fancyXD

I think it's very cute without the lashes as well

I think it is a fun look for casual everyday oldschool  and it sure is great that it takes you only 10 minutes and less to achieve it!

There are cute ways to spice up this makeup as well, But that's for another post!
